coil packs
Hey guys have u ever seen this happen? truck runs fine, went to change plugs, and saw 2 coil packs were cracked down the middle.

the 1jz's have problem with cracked coil packs arcing out on the plug holes.. wrap it in electrical tape and get back to it

replacements aren't that expensive. I was at the junkyard. they are everywhere. Guy was going to sell them to me for 60 bucks for all 4. But wouldn't sell me the pigtails for them, or the plugs even. And for some reason toyota won't sell me just the plugs either? So I passed.

I have a used set of (3) coil packs with wires from a 3.4 (5VZ). Would take $110 + shipping. Let me know, if interested.

In the begining, there was the Hilux. Then Toyota created the Tacoma. And the owners were intrigued but wanted more. CustomTacos was born. Owner's saw this was good and wanted to hang out and show off and learn even more. Thus became TACOBERFEST. |

um, coil packs for a 3.4 are considerably different than the C.O.P. that is in the OP. The C.O.P.'s are used in sequential ignition stock I believe. And the 3.4 is uses wasted spark, are are coils only, with no built in igniter.
