Default EGR aand vacuum

So today i began to pull the egr out of the 2rz to install the block off plates. i have everything out but alot of confusion on where to run all the existing lines. for example the coolant lines?? can i just run one line from where those start and end? also what do i do about the two existing hard lines to the far right on the fender? . . . i have alot of questions if any one knows where to find full pictures of how the vacuum lines are ultimately ran that would help tons.

If you have put in the resistor then there isn't much else to worry about. The coolant lines can connect together and the vacuum lines can be capped or removed. I'm pretty sure thats all I did... but that was a while ago.
Search around... this isn't the first time its been done.
