Default After the gas light goes on?

How many miles can we get before it shuts off? I have a stock 07 Xrunner and I got about 30 or so miles but it didn't die or bog out on me yet. Anyone know exactly how many miles? I keep pushing it more and more each time.

You probably shouldn't be doing that

But I am sure that the manual says...try looking in there.

i went up to about 22 miles after my light lit up, and i wont do it a lot because its horrible for your fuel pump. the gas lubricates the pump.

i love your x-runner by the way. keep up the good work.

Thank you it's pretty much stock (performance wise). I bought stuff for it that is like useful for my everyday use for work. So bed extender bed mat and stuff like that. I didn't know it worked both ways like that with the fuel pump .
