If you have a PreRunner and are asking a question about lifting or off-roading your truck, you should post it over in the 4x4/Prerunner Suspension section. You're likely to get better answers to your question there.

Why?... Although the PreRunner is a '2WD' Tacoma, its suspension and wheels are the same as are used on the 4WD Tacomas (and therefore different from those used in the regular 2WD Tacomas).

If you have a PreRunner and you're inquiring about lowering your truck, you should do a search in this forum about your topic first. Generally, lowering a PreRunner is a difficult modification that requires more than simply bolting on a kit.
