Do you sit higher than a bench?
all the holes are there and threaded, only thing on the tacomas that are equiped with factory buckets the rear inside hole is on the tranny hump, my truck does not have that hole, so i used the seat belt hole on the floor and it was perfect, and i think im sitting about the same in height.

This is due to having a single cab with a factory bench I believe. If you had an XCab with 60/40 seats it would have the hole on the hump. I like your setup. My only suggestion is that you weld a support on the rear outboard bracket. Otherwise, it may eventually bend under your weight and cause the seat to lean outward.

when you say rear out board the rear one near the door or the one towards the middle
Inboard = Near the centerline of the vehicle
Outboard = Toward the outside / periphery of the vehicle
