i am about 4200 dollars in and that includes trutrac LSD, good used turbo, injectors, fuel pump, clutch, flywheel, intercooler, standalone etc. I also did most of the work myself so that saves a lot in costs.

i just have a basic intercooled setup with boost gauge/controller, wideband and a stage 5 clutch and im at about 4k as well...i need to solve my traction problems...haha...tax return is when ill be able to get more traction, haha
x1000 on doing the work yourself...you will save a TON of money and learn a crap ton as well!

Shoot with 5k, sell the 2,4 and drop an LS1 in with some bolt on's. I am a Toyota lover and 2rz boosted is great but the LS's are pretty bullet proof and produce a lot of HP/TQ with a couple add-ons.
