Help me find out what brand and model this topper is hoping to be able to find one to buy? Thank you for your time.

Based on the window style, the way the side flares out to meet the bed line, and the emblem placement, I think it's a SnugTop Super Sport.
See the attached photo ... ARE and Leer have models with similar windows, but the SnugTop is the only major brand I know of where the bottom edge of the cap / canopy flares out to meet the bed like that.
