Body lift question

Hi guys

I just need a quick bit of help about the bodylift kit im fitting to my 4x4 Double Cab

Well the question isnt really about the body lift as such,

I have the Performance accessories kit and it states that I will have to cut and weld in an extension for the transfer lever. This was expected but I would like to fit a shift extension kit instead.

Ive looked on the 4crawler site and cannot work out which one i need as he has two listed for the V6, one for the chain driven case which I have (A340F transmission) and another for the T-100/V6 so im a bit confused.

Also there is a guy here in the UK that make quick shift kits for the hilux's but hes never done a Taco, he could sort me one out if somebody can confirm that the chain driven transfer case has a forward shift lever setup the same as the earler pickups.
