yes they will lower your truck, probably not as much as 1.75 inches because you dont have as heavy of an engine as the x-r, but it will lower your truck in the front and make it handle WAY better

stock XR coils won't lower you that much...i got around a 1/4" drop...maybe thats what your thinking of?
