Hope you don't carry good weight in the bed. You won't have an overload to take the stress off the other leafs and possible make the leafs bend too much where they could snap.

as for drifting setups.. we don't have much in the way of aftermarket support and
we have serious body roll issues.. your mod mite just firm things up in the corners..

salt lick FTW!

Just a thought...Because the topic has changed!!!!! and in light of you placing the overload on top of the mounted leaf spring, "Perhaps," you should start a new thread? I never reccomended and do not reccomend placing the overload on top of the leaf spring....

Cool bro... As I said I wasnt familiar at all with placing the overload on top of the mounted leaf spring. A questions not asked, is ignorance itself...
  • Just want you to be safe...with yourself and the other drivers around you.
As I said there is lots of cool knowledgeable people on this site.

Thats a good price. I paid 90 for mine on Thursday, Installed them yesterday.

What I was running:

Stock S-Runner with leaf removed + 3" Blocks

Now:

Pre-Runner Leafs with 2nd Removed + 2" Blocks

With the 3" I had major rubbing on the tires. So I went to the 2" then had Driveshaft noise so flipped the carrier bearing. Also had to re-seat my Eibacs up front as the passenger side got nudged when I jacked it up apparently. Got it re-seated and everything appears good. Rides great too. My leafs appear pretty much straight, no real arc either way that I see. Will cruise it for a few till it goes back to Brians for bridge, bed trim, more fender trim and 4" blocks.

Pictures below are with 3" blocks still in.....man it looks sweet. Gonna have to replace the shocks though....Not much travel left in them.

The truck looks lower in the back? It looks really good! I heard you werent going lower? If you go with a 4 inch blocks and do all the necessary trimming youll be at a 5/6 drop? I just thought that you were staying at the same ride height after your notch. I like it lower cause the fender flares make it look really sic!
