Default RX8s

I found a good deal on a set of RX8 wheels, and i know the have the same center bore and lug pattern, but does anyone know if they will tuck with and non narrowed axle? Trying to get some wheels to bag my truck with so i don't have to narrow/get and older yota axle if i can help it.

The 18 x 8 ones?

They have a +50mm offset according to Rx8Club.com

Should work, far as tucking and bagging..you might have to run a 215 tire on that 8"..just to make sure..

it will work though, but it's gonna be dead close..your tires will tell

I have a 225 on a 8" wide wheel..and it's perfect to tuck in rear..I have barely enough room left (for when i go to a 7" rear)..it will slide right in like pie.
but I would get a 215 just for extra measures on a bagged truck

Cool deal thanks. IDK what width they are, but i had asked the guy already what size tires were on it. My fooses don't tuck at all, wrong offset and i'm running a 245, so they are WIDE, plus the chrome sucks nuts on em, lol. I'll get pics if i end up getting them

There are 16 x 7 ones (older models)..and the 05-09s ..newest generation obviously..are 18 x 8 with a +50mm offset..which will be great for a bagged truck..but you might wanna test fit a used 215 and a used 225..before you go out and buy a brand new set of tires..and find out you gotta pull fenders..or bedsides to make em fit.

OK i'll keep that in mind. If i do have to flare alittle thats no biggie, I'm just concerned with the axle cause i'm too more to buy another or have one narrowed lol

you'll be alright with an 18x8 in the rear with a little fender pull and lip roll im running 19x8's +40 235-35-19 front and back and they fit but you wont have any side to side or you'll burn through your bedsides
