Well I was going to get a 14in Magnaflow muff today and went to 2 diffrent shops around me. I told them both what I wanted and the first theing they said was "why MagnaFlow"? Both gave me the same reasons why a Flowmaster would be better, I have had 3 tacoma with flowmaster so I like the tone. So far I really like the flowmaster along with the sound. I got the 50 series so it's not to much louder then stock.
I would recomend this muffler to anyone looking for a nice roar.

I'm not trying to knock you or anything, but according to a 3rd party bench flow test on mufflers flo's were one of the worst ones. I would love to hear how they sound.
The name Flow Master is an oxymoron. They really do not flow well. I have seen some flow tests and they rearly flow better then stock mufflers. With Flow Master it is all about the sound and they have that nailed down pretty well.
Yeap. Flows get their sound from the baffles inside the muffler and those baffles are restrictive thus limiting flow. I agree Borla and Magnaflow are the shizz. I'll wait a little while before I switch out my muffler. Without headers being available I am not concerned with the exaust or the muffler at this time.
