Ive been going to the toyota website and going to the locate a dealer section. when you type in the zip code it give you a bunch of dealers in a 75 mile radius. search their new car inventory and make sure it says (IN STOCK) and not (AVAILABLE). Then call them and make sure they still have it. Then haul azz over there.

i would call all of them, not going from online inventory. one dealer slipped to me that they mark all the highly wanted cars as sold soon as they get them, so other dealers dont try to trade ect. a few times i would say do you have any, check for them in the area, and they would all say the same place would have one, not the other places i had already drove one. not to mention i was lied to more times than i could keep track of.

You know, with all these stupid, and by that I mean brain dead dealers around... It's a wonder how they stay in business...
I guess everyday they just drill the Corolla and Camry brochures and call it a day...
My cousin was asking for a Matrix XRS and they had no idea what the basic trim was... Needless to say this had an option on it and they said it all came that way with the sunroof package...
As for wanting the XR, whats wrong with ordering?

when i was looking for my black one they had a red one at Toyota Carson for 23800. I think I also saw one at the Toyota at Buena park/La Mirada.... check though.... Good Luck

I asked one of the dealers if they had any X-Runners in stock and they asked "you want it in regular cab extended or 4 door?"
I hung up.

haha i would have print a pix of the X RUNNER if i go to the stealership and ask about the X RUNNER and if think i or they be stupid ill shove pix in there freakin face haha

im a newbie and i just got a black x-runner with some 20s on it. if it wasnt for the 20s i would have gotten the X for 22,600. but i went with the 20s and paid 24,200 from modesto cali

Well I went to my local toyota dealer and talked to my Toyota guy and he said he is getting one in 1 month. That give me just the right amount of time to put my truck back to stock. So I am going to head down tom and tell him to throw me first in line. Its speedway blue to. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

That is one crazy deal, any info on who you talked to to get that deal? Might help out others looking for one in Cali...
