Ivan's blue XR

Did anyone see Tough Truckin' on Speed channel this weekend? Ivan Steward drove out a new blue X-Runner and did a few passes through a slalom course, then finished up with a half dozen smoked doughnuts at the end. He never mentoned what he was driving or even said a word about the truck. It was an infomercial as far as I'm concerned, but the only ones who would know what he was driving, or that it was even anything out of the ordinary, are guys like us who follow the scene closely. There must have been some kind of prohibition against mentioning the truck, otehrwise it was a wasted opportunity.

Two hundred forty-five horsies push that truck around pretty well.

Yeah!
I saw that. I didnt see the start and thought it was some sort of promo for the truck but not a word about it.
Truck looked pretty good doing what it was doing.
I must admit I didnt think too much of how the X-runner looked when I first saw it but its growing on me...interested to see if they're going to run into problems with the S/C (conrods etc) for it though.
