ok guys im gonna try and plan this, what i need to know is a conventent date that way i can get the most people to come, and any date is cool wih me to this point besides te 1st week of july, i really wanna do this to meet the eastcoast boys since i dd miss show and shine, , let me know what u guys think and help would b great also

Where exactly do you live?

Well, I am game whenever. I travel a bit with work, so it is hard for me to confirm a date until I have one, but I'd love to get together for a BBQ. I am in Chantilly, so pretty much a neighbor.

I'm headed to Carlisle for All-Truck on June 28th, July 6th is also out for me, July 12-13th might not be good because of the Godfather Customs Mini truckin Nats, July 26-27 is out because of the East Coast Nats in Richmond, August 10th-11th is also out for me because of a show, August 24th-25 is out for another show, and finally we're moving in mid to late September. Dont ya love it when your whole summer is pre-planned? *puke*

My suggested dates: July 6th or 7th, July 20th or 21st, August 3rd or 4th. Which of these sounds good for everybody else?

gonna have to b the august dates for me, my sons birthdays fall on the other weekends.....but if I'm gonna make it to the show-n-shine event in late aug, I'll doubt that I can make 2 trips out that far in one month, so I'll prolly be going to the show.
