torsion adjustment

how do u adjust my torsion bars to make my front end lower there is the bolt with two nuts on it do i turn the nuts to let the bolt sit lower or do i turn the nut
speediness is very appriciated

u loosen the nutts and run them up the bolt a lil bit or as much as u want (i found out that they are very hard to move)
