Ok I want to get a phantom for my 97 Taco I called a few places and the said they do make them for my year. Is that true because you see then on some 97? Or do you just trun your front in to a 95 style because they make a 95 one. I also just got my tacoma and I was reading about meets is there any around Nor Cal? Is any one going to freak fest in bakerfield in april. Thanks Jeremy (first time on this site)

fbi makes one but i think they stopped at 96, you will prolly have to make a custom one yourself.
theres a huge meet going on this weekend in sacramento.
and i think you will have to turn your front end into a 95/96 style in order to rock the phantom grille.

Technically, you CAN get a phantom grille for a 97 tacoma. But its the 4wd trucks only. Because they still had the 96 front end. Sorry, but you'd have to swap to a 96 front end to get that grille on a 2wd.
