New guy's 2rz turbo build.

So I am going to go pick up my first 2wd toyota!!

I am planning on boosting it, running stand alone fuel mgmt. lowered, with a body kit.

I want to run MegaSquirt 2 or 3.
I would like to find the 7-piece TRD body kit
3 inch lowering kit
And get rid of the old guy canapy :)

BUT I have some questions already. I am seeing mixed things about the dual coil packs and running MS with them..

I am a computer geek, and have done numerous 3vz-e to 5vz-fe motor swaps on 4runners, etc.. So wiring is not an issue.

But is it that much harder to run MS with the wasted spark setup vs C.O.P.??

I want to run at least 1bar for boost. I would like to make close to 300 HP and TQ. Really I would like to get it close to ncook21's build:

I plan to run it with stock internals like him, but have future plans of doing arp studs, MLS gasket, etc...

I will keep doing my homework as I go along, so I don't have to bug you guys to much. But any help is GREATLY appreciated! :D
