4.25" backspacing on stock tacoma?

I will soon be purchasing an 01 Tacoma 4x4 SR5 and i want to put a new set of wheels and tires on it. the wheels i'm looking at are a 16x8 with 4.25" backspacing. Will this be ok? Will it rub? The Tacoma will stay at stock height with the standard 265-70-16 tires

yep, that's fine with stock size tires...

any bigger tires will require a lift...
