20" wheel help

I have been thinkin about getting a set of 20" wheels for my 2003 prerunner for a while now. My problem is that i can figure out what backspacing will work and what wont. The set of 20's that I am lookin at are 20x8.5's with 5.5 backspacing. Will this work with 275/45r20 tires?or will the backspacing put my wheel to far in and I will have clearance problems with the spindle and upper control arm. Appreciate it

I'm quite sure you'll have trouble with that backspacing. Try to stick to 4.5" or less. You could always consider wheel spacers if you're dead set on those particular wheels. 20x8.5's seem kinda narrow for a truck, don't you think? http://www.CustomTacos.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif
