Everytime I step on the brakes, I can hear a clicking sound coming from the calipers. It sounds like it's the one on the passenger side, but it may be both. Is this a sign that something needs to be replaced? Should I be concerned at all? http://www.CustomTacos.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif

It could be that the shims are loose after the pads have worn down some? http://www.CustomTacos.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif Just an idea. http://www.CustomTacos.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif Maybe they need to be adjusted or you need to add more? I don't know, I'm not a brake mechanic so take that with a grain of salt.
Nad, just don't step on the brakes, you won't hear the sound....... It sounds like it might be time to check the pads for sure though....

Pretty funny http://www.CustomTacos.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/lol.gif
When I swapped spindles, the rotors were fine, and the brake pads were perfect. It was making this noise before I installed the spindles, so I'm sure I didn't screw them up during the install. I don't believe it's the shims either, because everything was in order when I took everything apart. http://www.CustomTacos.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif

Just check everything and makes sure all is in order and if it still does it take it to a shop and see what they say.....I'd do this before I put new calipers on it.
