Replacement Taco Bumper

I've been lookin' around and have seen Tacos with 4 Runner front bumpers and like the way they look. Does anyone know if I go that rout will there be extra work that needs to be done for the install or do will I have to do some extra work above just swappin' them out???

Is it even worth it?

DX-R has a 4runner bumper and valance. I put the prerunner/4x4 valance on my stock bumper. It's very easy. Only about 10 small screws to take it off and put it back on. Here's a link to the post. DX-R's 4 Runner Bumper looks awesome!! Does anyone know if it replaces a 2002 Taco perfect as with the 4X4 Prerunner bumper where it only takes a few screws?
