Anyone know how to disable the daytime running lights on a 03 Tacoma? I need to disable them so I can shut them off when I approach the guards at the gate when I go to work. TIA

i think u shoulda rename the topic... people look at DRL n they say.. huh? i believe its a fuse... someone correct me if im wrong...

I don't know if this will work as I don't have daytime running lights, but I know some of my Chevy friends will actually drive with the E brake on to turn the lights off. They pull the e brake to the first click so it doesn't really touch anything. But the computer thinks it has been pulled no matter how many clicks. Try it....it might work.

too annoying to have to keep the ebrake one click up... find the fuse or wire that has them run..

I am almost positive you can disable the DRLs by pulling its corresponding fuse, it is how it has been done on other cars/trucks
