I do not have the money for a s/c or a turbo. So I am thanking about just doing my exhaust and my intake. I am not looking for a lot hp, but any would help. What kind of gains would I be looking at with a header, cat back system, and a free flowing air intake?
15hp maybe? Every car is different thats just a guess. A header being the most beneficial, then intake(colder the better), exhaust gains are usually minimal.

headers roughly 8-10 hp, exhaust about 5-10, intake about 5-7 hp....these are all rough estimates.
