testing waters on a 2004 5spd trd 4x4 s/c 3.4 extra cab in socal.
first off I am the first owner and absolutely babied this car. I purchased it brand new and used it as my daily driver for almost 4 years. It has 39,850 miles and those are mostly freeway miles. I took it off road maybe three times. here are some of the goods:
trd supercharger
2.2 urd pulley
urd kit
urd lightwieght crankshaft pulley
ceramic coated jba headers
2.5 inch exhaust with mangaflow muffler
trueflow foam drop in filter
those expensive iridium plugs recommended by urd
gray wire mod
boost gauge
urd short shifter
mobile one synthetics used in engine/diffs/t-case all the time
tranny has redline
ome front coils to level her out
she was tuned by kirkenhiemer, also street tuned by brain from urd. after new plugs and headers were installed i took her for a street tune at split second for an hour to get her perfect. she runs absolutely perfect with no problems.
the bads:
for some reason my powersteering pump was leaking so that was replaced about 4 months ago, so new ps pump
the inside of the bed is scratched up. was going to get a bedliner and never did
some very minor scratches throughout-usual for a 4 year old car.
the tires are the originals and might need replaced in about 15k miles
i cannot figure out how to get the pictures up so bear with me. i know i won't get close to what i put into it, but i would like 20k. it gets around 18-19 mpg. it will come with the stock intake manifold and other stock parts prior to the s/c in case you wanted to take off s/c and retune. i took care of this beauty and hope that someone will enjoy her as much as i did.
