So this Sunday 1-27 was the first New England Tacoma meet of 2008.
Leaving my house I saw flurries in the sky, but the roads were clear enough to drive. Then again, what's a winter New England meet without a little snow?

The meet was scheduled @ F1boston, which is the only indoor racetrack in Mass. I got there a few minutes before 3PM

Before going in, there was a parking-lot photo shoot for all the people that showed up.

F1boston is a pretty clean and well organized place. The cost was $10 for a day license, then $28 for the first 15 laps on the city course.
Here's the course:

This is one of the chariots (automatic, no suspension, tops out ~40mph):

And here's an action shot:

By the end of the day I had done over 45 laps and was flagged for reckles driving twice
Overall, I'd have to say it was the most fun I've had at a Tacoma meet.....by myself. :selfbonk:
Thanks to everyone for not showing up :cussing:
I want to thank the people that at least posted that they weren't coming, but the next time we do this, I want a phone number of anyone else that says they're going!!!
