CAR PROBS - STALLS

my bro's 95 auto 2.4 2wd is having some probs. I'm thinking it's the alternator or TPS what you guys think? the car turns over and starts, but it stalls when you either turn on headlights, turn up system, put the car into gear. It idles fine at about 900-1000rpms. Volt gauge shows it starting up at around 14V...but drops to around 12 sometimes below that when the cars in gear or headlights are on. Check engine light is on, but I don't have the computer to pull the code.

ANYONE EVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM BEFORE?

had the same problem last year.. it was the alternator... if the truck starts the battery is still good.. once the engine is running it gets power from the alternator not the battery...
