cleaning my trd sport filter today

anyone know if i can use the k & n cleaning kit to clean the trd sport filter ?
its half the cost of the trd kit from the dealer

Just use laundry soap and the K&N oil LIGHTLY!

yeah, all those kits are the same, a mild degreaser to clean the filter and then the oil to help filter out stuff.
