Here (attached) is a diagram illustrating the 60/40 seatbelts. The extra belt for the middle position appears to bolt down on the passenger side, separately from the passenger seat's own belt. The diagram gives the impression it's a floor bolt.

Thanks again! The diagrams are great!! I was afraid of that. I was looking under the truck and thought I saw an area where it would fit... Looked like there could be a hole there but it wasn't drilled :-( no nut. I figured it wouldn't be that easy!

It could well be a hole you didn't have with the buckets - a hole that needs to be drilled.

Be careful when drilling a new hole in the floor - to make sure all you drill through is the sheet metal.
