Front end conversion

Ok so i just rear ended somebody yesterday. The front end will need quite a few things replaced. So i got to thinking. How much would it run me to do an 01-04 or a 4runner conversion? My neighbor does all of my body work, so i can get a hook up with that. His friend works at a paint booth also, so i can get a hook up there also. Labor will be cheap as well as the paint will also. The parts shouldnt be too bad since i can just ebay them. Is it extremely difficult to do a total conversion? I havent asked my buddy yet, but i know for sure he will do it. I need everyones input. Also, I have a poll up:
