I was just wondering how long it took you guys to bag your taco? I custom made my notch, and will prolly do the same for front and rear bag mount and make my own 4 link. I was just wondering how long it takes for someone who has never bagged before.
P.S. Where did you guys mount the valves for the front bags?
It took 3 months to do all the work only because that's how long it took to get all my parts. As for mounting the front valves we removed the battery and moved it to the bed and placed the valves where the battery was located.
Hey Dirk where you from? If you're in cali, next time I'm up there I'd like to see your notch and maybe have you make me on and put it on for me. I'd pay you whatever you want.
I will take a picture of the notch tomorrow. Its round instead of being a sqaure type c. I made mine with a plasma cutter and i were to make them to sell i would have them laser cut. The hardest part is bending the bottom box plate because its a concave curve.
P.S. I'm in ohio, but hopefully i'll out in cali in couple years.
It took me five weeks to go from lowred to fully bagged and laying out. My front valves are mounted right on top of the front bags with custom made mounts that are welded to the frame. There is only about an inch of line between the bag and the valve.
